Snowy Surprise

Imagine getting out of bed in the morning, well rested & loping down the stairs to let the dog out.

And you open the door to this unexpected wintery wonderland outside... It is only mid-October.Perhaps I could see the joy in it because it is Sunday & I don't have to brush it off my car just yet...or because I know that sunshine is forecasted for tomorrow so it will only be here momentarily.This is my favorite guy taking our puppy for a "walk." I managed to snap a picture in her flamboyant excitement to get out the door.
I think this morning I'll just open all our blinds so I can continue to watch the snow fall, put on my soft nubby socks & try to finish my puzzle. I will go out & play later.
