Bread Pudding Love & Skip-Bo

Oh, how I love bread pudding. The best I ever ate was at the Beau Rivage casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. I'm not much of a gambler, so I go for the buffets. All you can eat? Yes! Just let me run 60 miles on this treadmill first.

My mouth has been watering over the Croissant Bread Pudding photo in this cookbook...for months. I don't know why it took me so long to make it, but here it is. Doesn't it look delicious?

Well, it probably would've been yummier if I'd looked harder for those croissants. I searched & searched at like two grocery stores before giving up & buying French bread instead. The top came out a little too crusty & I think I'd cut down on the sugar a little. Must try again.

And then we played Skip-Bo which is so very fun!

The puppy kept falling asleep during her turns, though.
